Terms and Conditions for NayaPOS Referral Award Scheme

Eligibility for Referral Award:

To be eligible for the Rs. 5,000/- referral award, the referrer must:

• Help the referred business register on the standard business registration page at https://nayapos.com/business/register.
• Notify the NayaPOS team by providing their own details (as the referrer) and the details of the referred business.
• The NayaPOS team will validate the referral by directly contacting the referred business.

Award Criteria:

The referral award will be processed only if the referred business:

• Completes the registration process.
• Purchases the yearly package from NayaPOS.
• Registrations opting for 6-month packages or single-month subscriptions are not eligible for the referral award.

Referral Validation Process:

The referrer must ensure to contact NayaPOS after the registration of the referred business and provide relevant details to confirm the referral.

The validation process will involve:

1. Verification of the business registration.
2. Confirmation of the referred business’s package purchase.
3. Confirmation from the referred business about the referrer’s claim.

Award Processing:

Once the referral is validated, the Rs. 5,000/- award will be processed and sent to the referrer within 30 business days.

Payments will be disbursed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed-upon method.

Exclusions:

Self-referrals or attempts to refer one’s own business will not qualify for the award.

Referrals for businesses that cancel their subscription before completing payment for the yearly package will be deemed ineligible.

General Conditions:

NayaPOS reserves the right to amend or terminate the referral award scheme at any time without prior notice.

Fraudulent claims, duplicate referrals, or false information will result in disqualification from the program.

NayaPOS’s decision regarding the validation and eligibility of referrals is final and cannot be contested.

1. Referrer’s Name and Contact Information.
2. Referred Business Name and Contact Information.
3. Date of Business Registration.
